The city of North Plains, OR has an annual festival to celebrate the elephant garlic that grows around the area. The festival has food, music, fun and CARS! The NWVTC of Oregon hosted the show for the first time in 2007. The show is open to all types of cars and the judging is by viewers choice in many catergories. There were over 70 cars in 2007's show. |  |
